Women’s Circles at Ember are sacred gatherings where women come together to be seen, heard, and held in a supportive, intentional space. These circles offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share in the power of collective presence - without fixing, performing, or explaining.
Each circle may include guided practices such as meditation, gentle energy work, somatic awareness, ritual, or open sharing, all held with respect for personal boundaries and lived experience. Women’s circles support nervous system regulation, emotional release, deeper self-trust, and a sense of belonging.
At Ember, women’s circles are a space to return to your body, your intuition, and the wisdom that arises when women gather in authenticity. You are welcome exactly as you are.
